Your Healthcare, Connected

A persistent health workspace for the patient and a prepared clinical workspace for the doctor — connected by one structured record.

Pre-Consultation Intake

A guided voice and touch interview in eight Indian languages, completed while the patient waits.

Health Records

Old prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries digitised into a dated clinical timeline.

Regular Medicines

Chronic medication for thyroid, diabetes and hypertension tracked persistently across visits.

AYUSH Assessment

A dedicated Dashavidha Pariksha interview producing a structured Ayurvedic patient profile.

Insurance & Mediclaim

Policies, waiting periods and PMJAY eligibility visible before admission decisions are made.

Verified Providers

Only NMC, State Council and AYUSH-registered providers can write to a patient's record.

How a Consultation Works

Four steps completed in the waiting time that patients already spend at the hospital.

  1. 01

    Identify

ABHA login or assisted creation, language choice, audio-guided consent.

  2. 02

    Converse

Adaptive clinical interview by voice or tap, one question per screen.

  3. 03

    Scan

Documents digitised, entities extracted, abnormal values flagged.

  4. 04

    Summarise

Physician-ready draft pushed to the consultation terminal.

AI Prepares. The Doctor Decides.

Role of AI

Organise and flag

The system structures what the patient says, extracts what their documents contain, and flags combinations that may need attention. It never diagnoses.
Role of the doctor

Assess and decide

Every summary reaches the terminal as a draft. The physician edits, confirms or rejects each section; clinical responsibility is unchanged.
Role of consent

Patient controls sharing

Granular, audio-explained and revocable consent governs what is captured and who receives it, under the DPDP Act 2023 and the ABDM consent framework.

Red-flag patterns such as acute chest pain with dyspnea, sudden unilateral weakness with speech difficulty, or severe abdominal rigidity trigger an immediate triage alert and bypass the normal queue.
